CrossFit at CrossFit Clifton offers small, expertly coached classes that help you build strength, fitness, and confidence at a pace that suits you. Each session combines functional movements and conditioning, with clear coaching and adaptations to support all experience levels.

We also support new parents returning to training through our CrossFit Mums and Babies sessions. These classes help you feel active and energised while respecting your body’s recovery.
