About Olympic Weightlifting

Olympic Weightlifting at CrossFit Clifton focuses on developing strong, efficient, and confident lifting technique in a supportive and well coached environment. These sessions are centred around the snatch and clean and jerk, with structured progressions that help you understand each phase of the lift. Whether you are new to Olympic lifting or looking to refine your skills, our coaches guide you step by step so you can train safely and effectively.

Classes are designed to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and control while helping you feel more comfortable under the barbell. With clear instruction and plenty of individual feedback, you will gain a deeper understanding of the lifts and build confidence in your ability to perform them well.
